Vocational Training students must be prepared for professional performance in a changing environment, and become agents of change to encourage and accelerate the development of a more competitive economy. The new learning methodologies allow for meaningful and specific learning in which the students act, giving them a leading role in their learning process.

All this leads to an improvement in the level of autonomy through a self-regulated learning process, encouraging critical thinking and acquiring social skills while improving their communicative competencies, as a result of the necessary interrelation with the different agents of interest.

This encourages motivation to learn, and greater involvement is obtained, aimed at intrinsic learning and reflection on the process of meta-cognition.

To this end, problematic situations are posed, using challenges, to obtain a result; starting from both the technical and specific competencies of each cycle, as well as those transversal competencies which at this time are strategic.
